You can choose to make your Own way to Abell Point Marina (paid parking at South end $10), or select their Courtesy Bus Pick up / Drop off service from your Airlie Beach accommodation. Getting from and returning to your Airlie Beach accommodation is very comfortable on board one of the Whitehaven Xpress courtesy transfer buses, which we recommend.

Whitehaven Xpress offers 2 hours on Whitehaven Beach, (not too long and not too short) where they provide you with a satisfying Aussie Beach BBQ including steak, sausages, chilli burgers, salads and tropical fruits. (Vegetarians, Fish & Chicken diets are catered for with prior request). The Whitehaven Beach BBQ is prepared for your enjoyment under the shade of the National Park. Picnic tables with proper crockery and cutlery too!

Snorkeling from Airlie Beach is a must, immerse yourself in the water above a fringing reef system and explore for marine species from Turtles, the awesome Wrasses, Clown Fish (Nemo) to the elusive Mantarays. If you don't swim or want to stay dry, be sure to try the guided glass bottom boat tour to witness the mystical world of marine life. All snorkel equipment including FINS and floatation devices are provided on this tour which makes for a more enjoyable experience than bare feet only.

    This was the most amazing, personalised experience in the Whitsundays. Captain Dan and his wicked deckhand Brayden made this trip absolutely spectacular, giving descriptive insights into the surrounding islands and water ways. The BBQ at Whitehaven Beach was the best feed, highly recommend the homemade chilli burgers and gorgeously cooked rump steak. Being on a smaller boat made our experience so much nicer given the smaller group we travelled along with. Strangers became friends on this beautiful boat. The guys even had a birthday cake on board for those celebrating their special day and we all sang happy birthday to each and every one (3). I cannot recommend this tour highly enough and we will definitely be back next time we visit Airlie Beach! Thanks Guys. X

    Skipper Dan and the crew Braydon and Sam were friendly, informative and attentive. The day has a family feel to it which is welcomed on a day out at Whitehaven. We never felt rushed or that anything was too much trouble. There were a number of young families on our trip which were well looked after. We chose this tour because you had more time at Whitehaven beach and hills Inlet with no stops for snorkelling. Our last tour with a different company was disappointing as we were rushed through both of these stops and the snorkelling was a waste of time.

    Had a great day out with Brayden and Dan on Whitehaven Express. They made us feel welcome and gave us a lot of laughs. They cooked us a beautiful BBQ lunch on the beach. We then went around to Tongue bay and Betties Beach for a walk up to the lookout and then had a swim with the stingrays and lemon sharks, also saw some turtles. Totally recommend a day out with them you will never forget it. Had a relaxing boat trip home. Good job guys.

    This is a great experience for all ages. The crew were awesome and Craig was very knowledgeable about the Whitsundays. Captain Dan cooked us up a magnificent BBQ lunch at Whitehaven Beach. Whitehaven Xpress is a family run business and all visitors to their boat are made to feel right at home. Would highly recommend this tour.

    My grandson summed it up nicely, " thats the best day out I've had all year" Whitehaven Express vessel and crew gave us a day to remember, couldn't ask for anything better, a very professional and friendly family operated business, highly recommend a trip with captain Dan and his crew. Thanks for a top day, we'll be back.

    We received a great reception from Dan and his crew at the Marina. We quickly gathered that Braden was not only a great commentator on the Whitsunday Islands but also a comic in his own right. He had everyone laughing, colourful crew member along with Sam and Dan. Whitehaven Beach was breathtaking and would highly recommend this Cruise for the Beach Barbecue and scenic walks. We had the best day.

    What a fabulous day. So well organised, with the perfect locations and a delicious BBQ lunch. Captain Dan, Braydon and Sam you certainly made the tour even more enjoyable. Fantastic crew.     A fabulous well organised day to whitehaven with this great company. You will not be disappointed and supporting Aussie small business Braydon was amazing and knowledgeable and made the day extra fun with his sense of humour. Captain Dan looked after us well too. This trip is must do when in Airlie beach . You will love it
