The Torana Nationals, which brought in close to 300 Toranas from across the country and visited by thousands both locally and interstate in 2018 is returning to Canberra. This event will showcase Toranas from across the country and give an opportunity to all to see one of the most iconic Australian muscle cars ever produced.
The weekend will consist of a Friday night meet and greet at the Alpha Hotel, giving all those a chance to catch up in a relaxed atmosphere, with food vendors setup for your convenience. Saturday will see a cruise taken throughout Canberra and the surrounding area to give the community a chance to see a wonderful assortment of Toranas, followed by an informal dinner held at Tuggeranong Vikings in the evening. This all leads to the main event, on Sunday where the show and shine will be held at Erindale Vikings with trophies awarded in a multitude of categories.
The event is better hosted by the Canberra Torana Club and will be supporting a number of charities within the Canberra region, including The Canberra Hospital Foundation and 'Be like Bill - Be a Hero’....
